When will my order ship?
All orders placed on https://metalwood.studio are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays and weekends). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.
Can I make modifications to my order after it's been placed?
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or adjusted. Reach out to our team ASAP with the order/address modification request and we will do our best to catch and update the order prior to fulfillment.
**This may be especially tricky if you ordered during a peak period or if you placed and order over the weekend
What do I do if my tracking information shows that my order was delivered, but I have not received it?
Packages can sometimes arrive after the tracking shows as delivered. Please allow 48 hours before reaching out. In the meantime, we suggest checking with your neighbors or anyone else that may have received the package such as a mail room or concierge. No luck? Reach out to our team via email at info@metalwood.studio and we'll look into it. Please include your order number and any relevant details regarding the investigating you have already done prior to reaching out.
